Construction of Trent Viaduct, Nottingham

Navvies and a steam powered crane at work on the Trent Viaduct, Nottingham, circa 1897. The viaduct was built by Logan and Hemingway, the contractor responsible for constructing this section of the Line (Contract No. 1, Annesley to Leake).
