Girder underbridge crossing the main road in Wilford, Nottinghamshire, circa 1897. This section of the Railway (Contract No. 1, Annesley to Leake) was built by Logan & Hemingway. Note the lattice steel work, and the wooden gates, presumably for farm use, that can be drawn across the road.
