Sheffield Victoria Railway Station

Exterior view of the entrance to Victoria Station in Sheffield, Yorkshire. The photograph, believed to be taken from the side of Furnival Road, illustrates the dismal atmosphere of the station. A collection of 'Hackney' cabs, along with a solitary driver, can be seen lined up on both sides of the station square. A solitary man can be seen standing in the middle of the square, probably the station 'cabmaster'.
