Brick arch underbridge near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

This brick arch underbridge, built with straight, angled wing walls to retain a steep and high embankment, was located near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The occupation bridge was built as part of either the Northolt Junction-High Wycombe contract or the High Wycombe-Princes Risborough contract. In the foreground is a single 6-bar farm gate and adjoining fences, with a stile alongside the gate. A similar arrangement can be seen on the far side of the bridge. See on Route Map
