L2667. Photographed in January 1934, this is Pinner Station, a stop on the Underground's Metropolitan line. As the station also lay on the Metropolitan & Great Central Joint Committee route, there is a London & North Eastern Railway's poster on the wall (the Great Central had been absorbed into the L.N.E.R. in 1923). This original redbrick building has changed little since the day it opened on 25th May 1885.
