Bridge 452 in Rugby, looking south.

Bridge 452 in Rugby, looking south.

Go back to the records from the Newton map.
L1907. Looking south towards Bridge 452 in Rugby during June 1977. The trackbed shows signs of use as a footpath and the cutting sides have a thick covering of long grass. The long retaining wall on the left still appears to be in good shape, as does the bridge itself. Note Bridge 453, just visible under the girders of Bridge 452.
