| L1345. In 1968, the BBC produced a television series based upon E. Nesbit's book 'The Railway Children'. The series starred Jenny Agutter, Gillian Bailey, Neil McDermott, Gordon Gostelow, and the former Logan & Hemingway contractors' locomotive - Sir Berkeley. This photograph shows the cast during filming at Oakworth Station on the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway - also where the more well known Lionel Jeffries version of the story was filmed two years later. | |
