L3392. A double line gently curves through this cutting into the southern end of Loudwater Tunnel in Buckinghamshire. This section of the Great Central and Great Western Joint Railway was contracted to Pauling and Co., Westminster. A man stands in front of the portal, giving an idea of the scale of the structure.
