L3279. This image shows Denham East Junction on the Great Western & Great Central joint line. In the foreground is a typical Great Western Railway pattern signal post, complete with two distant and two home somersault signals. Beyond the signal on the opposite side of the line is the signal box, with a chord from the main line curving around onto the GWR's Uxbridge branch. In the distance, another pair of home signals can be seen silhouetted against the sky.
