L3072. Looking west at bridge 397, a plate girder structure built by Topham, Jones & Railton as part of Contract No.3 (Aylestone to Rugby) to carry the Great Central's Last Main Line over Enderby Road, Whetstone. The building on the right marks the entrance to the gas works. Beyond, the road rises to pass over the South Leicestershire Branch of the London & North Western Railway.
