L3060. Photographed around 1897, this brick arch structure is thought to be bridge no. 432, an occupation overbridge that crossed the London Extension just north of Shawell, Leicestershire. A line of wagons can be seen beyond the right hand pier, stationed on one of three undulating lines of contractor's temporary railway.
