L2760. A view from the trackbed towards a signal box and permanent way cabin at Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. This part of the line is nearing completion, as the sleepers on the right wait for another length of track. Spanning the shallow cutting beyond is a girder overbridge. Note the man in the bowler hat sitting beside the line in front of the signal box.
