L2661. An exterior view of the Metropolitan Railway's Finchley Road Underground station. Rebuilt in 1914 to a design by Frank Sherrin, the station's entrance forms part of a handsome terrace of flats and shops. Just visible beneath the canopy is a piece of decorative wrought iron work containing the letters M. R.
