L2543. Photographed in January 1934, this is the entrance to North Harrow Underground Station, a stop on the Metropolitan & Great Central Joint Railway. Crossing Imperial Drive on the right of the picture is the girder underbridge that carried the line into the station. The platform canopies can be seen on the left. Note the advert on the bridge: Britain's housing stock was considerably increased during the 1930s.
