L2181. A view west towards bridge 326, a girder structure that was built to carry the London Extension across Nottingham Road, Loughborough. The brick arch road bridge in the foreground (no. 327) that now spans a very overgrown watercourse, was also built by the Great Central, despite its not being on the Railway itself. Visible beyond are the famous Brush engineering works.
