Bridge 364 - Birstall, Leicester

Bridge 364 - Birstall, Leicester

Go back to the records from the Thurcaston map.
L2075. Bridge 364, an imposing brick arch structure built to carry the London Extension across Thurcaston Road, photographed looking south in May 1977. Note how the undergrowth has already begun to dominate the trackbed, just eight years after the line's closure.
