Bridge 430

Bridge 430

Go back to the records from the Cotesbach map.
L1939. Bridge 430 was a brick and girder structure that carried the Lutterworth Road between Shawell and Cotesbach in Leicestershire. This photograph looking north at the bridge was taken in June 1977, and shows a structure in a fine state of repair. The surrounding foliage seems abundant, with oxeye daisies growing thickly on the dry trackbed.
