L1916. Bridge 448 was a four span girder bridge that crossed the Oxford Canal just to the north of Rugby. The bridge had two spans of 90 feet, one at 91 feet and another at 120 feet. This view taken in June 1977 shows what remained of the southern abutment after the girder spans had been removed.
