L1712. Leicester Central Goods Depot, circa 1899. In the foreground are three Great Central drays, thought to be the first in use at the Company's new depot. Henry Lovatt of Wolverhampton built this section of the Last Main Line (Contract No.2, Leake to Aylestone).
