L1622. Girder underbridge (bridge No.397) carrying the Last Main Line across Enderby Road, Whetstone, Leicestershire, circa 1897. Note the lattice work iron parapet: a typical feature of the London Extension. This section of the Railway (Contract No.3, Aylestone to Rugby) was built by Topham, Jones & Railton.
