| L1559. Two railwaymen stand on the recently laid permanent way of the Great Western & Great Central Joint Line at Princes Risborough Station, Buckinghamshire, circa 1904. With the track laid and the large signal box seemingly complete, this section of the Railway is almost ready for traffic. Mackay & Davies of Cardiff was the contractor responsible for work on this part of the Line (High Wycombe to Princes Risborough). | |
