L1483. Girder underbridge crossing Kirk White Street West, Meadows, Nottingham, 26.12.1896. The photograph is a fine illustration of the new Railway having to forge a path through an old and established city. Logan & Hemingway was the contractor responsible for building this section of the London Extension (Contract No. 1, Annesley to Leake).
